THINGS WE LOVE-Austin’s Batter Blaster AKA Pancakes In A Can!!

Yeah, so it’s supposed to get hella dreary this weekend–you know, sleet and stuff. If it really does happen, I’m gonna kick it grizzly bear style and curl up under the covers in my cave. No leaving the house for me.

During the summer, I’m a serial cereal eater. During the winter, I’m more of an oatmeal fan. During Winter Weather Advisories, however, I’m an egg, bacon (or vegan sausage) and pancakes living-large kinda dude. But I’m L-A-Z-Y! That’s kinda why I’ve fallen in love with Batter Blaster, a product made here in Austin that is the Cheez Whiz of pancakes.  Oh yeah, and it’s organic.

I first heard about Batter Blaster over the summer at a Justice Records Event at Malverde. I was SOOO in love with the light fluffy pancakes and the oddity of batter in a can, that I had to video. Plus, the name makes me giggle a little.
