How to photocrash Passion Pit at SXSW 2010 PLUS win a Justice Records gift bag!

Some people go to SXSW events for the music. Some go for the free booze. Some go to celebstalk.

So what happens when you add a little booze with some good music and a couple of celebs? PHOTOCRASHING!

Those of you not familiar with the sacred art of photocrashing (aka photobombing), it is the act of intentionally appearing/posing in a photo without the subject of the photos knowing. In the case of celeb photocrashing, it means pretending to take a picture of yourself, but really taking a picture of the celeb.

One late night at the Fader Fort last week, my friend Anita and I were drinking and listening to Passion Pit’s DJ set. She really wanted her picture taken with them, but was too scared to ask. I gave her my camera and challenged her to photocrash them. She’s smoking hot, so I knew it wouldn’t be a problem.

As you can see by the pictures below, she not only completed the mission, but she GOT IN THE DJ BOOTH and kept the game going. ANITA YOU ROCK!!
