Going on vacation!

So, folks, I’m off to Europe for the next few weeks!  I’ll be leading a group of about 40 kids along with three other adults.  While I’m gone, Michelle from Foodie is the New 40, Carla from Austin Urban Gardens, and my husband Doug will all fill in for me while I’m gone.

When I return, I’ll tell you all about my vacation budgetary skills (or lack thereof).  My goal is to spend no more than $20 a day.  All my meals are already planned and paid for, so the $20/day would be for snacks, water, and gifts.  I’m not big on cheesy souvenirs, and I already have an idea of what I want to try to find while I’m there, so hopefully my budget will work.
