Austin’s ArtErotica 2009 gets steamy [VIDEO]

ArtErotica may well be the hottest art show we’ve ever been to.  Not only was it sexy, but the proceeds from the event’s silent auction go to AIDS Services of Austin‘s Paul Kirby Emergency Fund to provide financial assistance to those living with HIV and AIDS.

The four-minute video includes short interviews with co-chairs Tim Young and Scott Ballew. They tell us a little more about the event’s history, including its humble roots and a look back at a few of the most shocking pieces displayed.  With live nude models, full-frontal portraits and photos in flagrante delicto, this emission, oops, transmission is NSFW.

While watching the 4-minute video, look out for:

• The four-foot-tall latex penis designed by a Hollywood Special Effects Artist
• Jasmine’s expression (in the background) as she notices the giant penis

BTW: don’t, I repeat, DO NOT attempt to make this video a “spot the penis” drinking game, otherwise you might be hella wasted in a matter of minutes.
